Suspended 3 point deduction and a £7,500 fine

Well he had for 22 years until these incidents.
No idea which additional one is on the way.
No, he didn’t comply with regulations for 22 years, they were regularly broken with late payments to multiple players on multiple occasions over last few years. He just didn’t get reported for breach (perhaps luckily based on amount of players affected) and therefore wasn’t charged.

Not getting caught doesn’t mean you haven’t been guilty of an offence

Thats very true, but given how “pro active” the PFA have been on these issues for the last 5 years or more it is strange that they didnt do anything. It is also strange that they have not said anything about the findings them selves as they pretty much said their were extenuating circumstances yet the PFA slammed us when we tried to furlough for repeatedly not paying and having outstanding salaries to pay from December onwards, which seems not to have been the case.

I am not defending RM but there is something here that just doesn’t add up and it isn’t just the EFL rules lol
