For all those posters still incredibly upset/stressed/wound up by the last two games, and Phil in particular here's a bit of relaxing therapy for you to de-stress:smiles:. Of course it can also be tried by the save Phil brigade.

When you've made your swan post a photo on here and posters can award likes for the best ones.

This is a ShrimperZone Public information Post.

Brown got a Swan in -- Adam King -- and my first impression is that he needs folding into shape before he's ready for league1

I find that irritating.

I also find stuff like meditation irritating as well. When Ive had to try it before in middle management training courses (also irritating) I found as soon as I try to do it I get agitated and feel more angsty than before!

My tip for relaxing is to have a bet on Southend losing before the match , then its amazingly calming when it happens.... everyone else around you gets stressed + angry whereby you can find inner peace knowing that , ok your team lost but you are quids in .

If the unbelievable happens and The Shrimpers manage to win a game (:omg2: ) then you can still enjoy it to the max

Do you post on here during breaks in the courses :winking:
