Was able to watch both games live here. Obviously gutted like all Blues Fans. However, am not prepared to pull the trigger on the Gaffer just yet. Brought us back from the brink, moved us forward, built on it this year. Frustrating that we've thrown it away. However, I'm convinced you are the right man for this level and this task.

Paul Sturrock must be given another year to get it right. We must keep Freddy and Moshni. I'm looking forward not back. We need a settled footbal club.
 
I believe the most important players to keep are Hall, Grant and Phillips IMO.:thumbsup:
 
Love the sentiment and optimism!

The truth is, I just cannot warm to such a dull, boring manager.

I want Southend United to be about passion, flair, excitement, adventure!
 
I am happy to give him another year and if he doesn't deliver then, he will probably either walk or get sacked.

If he keeps the players he has, he should have learnt a lot about how to play them through this season, hopefully he will look back at the season over the summer and analyse where we has got things wrong.
