In addition to our existing injuries (Timlin and Harris out for season, Phillips and Barker), this morning I've heard that at yesterdays "light" training session, the following happened -

Tomlin broke down again
Eastwood and Cresswell were both seriously injured in a challenge and will miss the rest of the season
Mohsni had a row with Brown and has walked out on the club AGAIN
Assombalonga has been surprisingly recalled by Watford to cover their own striker injury crisis
Leonards groin went
Laird tweaked his hamstring
Lund strained his calf
Smith hit his head on a post and got concussion and Bentley dislocated a finger - both out for two weeks

So, for at least the next two weeks, we have

No keeper

Clohessy, Prosser, Spillane and Straker who can play at the back

Hurst and Mkandawire who can play in midfield

Corr as the only fit striker

I think we're recalling Woodyard from Braintree

The rest of the side will be made up from the youth team


Wembley will be an embarrassment.
