Got the same issue, ordered and collected 7 tickets for the West Stand block V for my friends and I. No idea what to do now:unsure:

I think there will be plenty of seats.

Saw on Twitter that Southend will send you a letter in the post explaining the changes, alongside this they're giving an extra complimentary ticket for the inconvenience:thumbsup:

Still seem to be a handful available in the West on the on-line system, so if you want two tickets, buy one of them and wait for the phone call !!!
