UK Payments is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator within the Corporate Services Division (salary band F).
The UK Payments Industry has different players and separate industry groups. UK Payments Administration Ltd supplies services, including HR to a wide range of companies and brands which are recognised externally and have individual responsibilities. These include the Payments Council, the UK Cards Association, and the UK Payment Clearing Companies: Bacs, CHAPS, Faster Payments, and Cheque and Credit (the Clearing Companies).
Reporting to the HR Manager the successful candidate will focus on the provision of first class administrative support to the Human Resources unit, ensuring that quality standards are met at all times. This will include managing the new starters’ and leavers’ processes as well as providing recruitment and payroll administration support. The successful candidate will also be carrying out training and development administrative duties and general HR administrative duties such as producing newsletters, minutes taking and distributing post.
This role is a permanent contract and will be based in London.
The position requires the successful candidate to have excellent administrative and organising skills. Experience of working in a HR department is essential as well as experience of using a HR/Payroll system.

Financial Fraud Action UK (FFA UK) is recruiting for an Exhibit Officer to be seconded into the operational police unit sponsored by the banking industry, the Dedicated Cheque & Plastic Crime Unit (DCPCU).
Reporting via the Financial Fraud Action UK Senior Fraud Investigator to the DCPCU Head of Unit, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations and Investigations Unit in:
a. Store, record, and maintain property associated with cases under investigation by the DCPCU that comes into the possession of the Unit.
b. Ensure integrity and continuity of exhibits by providing an audit trail capable of withstanding scrutiny in a Court of Law.
You will also provide administrative support to the DCPCU operational case load as required.
This role requires the successful candidate to have excellent attention to detail, administrative and organising skills. The successful candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen and an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Experience of the forensic examination of mobile phones is an advantage. This role would suit someone who has a proactive working ethos and has the ability to see the broader strategic picture within the DCPCU.
The selected candidate must successfully complete police vetting as required.
This role is London based but you may be required to travel on occasion.
