Paris, since a boozy lawyer's conference is all I've seen of Barcelona, whilst Paris is home to my favourite gallery in the world (Musee Marmottan, the best Monet gallery in the world).

As for burger v. kebab, has to be a burger. Real high-quality burgers which they cook for you rare... truly delicious.
