Ended up chatting with a customer where I work about the match on Sunday, (her sons were wearing SUFC merch). It turned out she works for SUFC on the admin side, but still was given no preferential treatment over buying tickets. She had to 'queue' like everyone else and finally managed to get her tickets!

Yes, similarly, I've spoken to several JB parents who were surprised I'd had to!

Neither did the Ladies get tickets either. Fortunately, the extra tickets I was able to get as a ST holder I promptly gave to some of the ladies
