Oxford was my first game this season and as a season ticket holder until last season I feel deeply ashamed at this! But on two occasions over the last couple of weeks I've tried to buy tickets for the Bristol Rovers game on 26 November, only to be told by staff at the ticket office that they are waiting for a new ticketing system to be installed and they can't sell any tickets yet.

Now, I'm not going to pretend that the club is very bothered about the individual's experience as a consumer, but surely this should have been sorted out far earlier (try pre-season) as I'm not sure that I'll bother trying a third time.:nope:
