After spending the night down in Swansea last night and waking up feeling like death due to excessive alcohol consumption, my erstwhile Welsh hosts took me along to Mumbles pier (where the closing scenes of Twin Town were filmed for those in the know) in an attempt to blow away the cobwebs.
Imagine my surprise when we walk up after parking the car to see John Toshack and Roy Evans in full Welsh FA tracksuits heading the other way!
A couple of games of Bowlingo later, we head back outside and see Steve Tilson at the same place, a mere half hour after Messrs Toshack and Evans had been there.
