Timothee Dieng

Quest highlights suggested he was star player.

Listened to the commentary (Dulcet Dave) of today’s game.

Didn’t hear Dieng’s name mentioned for the entire first half and he was hauled off at HT.

Exeter were much improved in the second half.
 
Really found his scoring boots, walked straight into that team after leaving us.
 
I always thought he had a lot to offer us. He played in some terrible teams, sometimes in a toxic environment, which did not help. He is never going to be a Premiership player but he is a serviceable operator at League 1 & 2 level.
Was also asked to play in just about every position, versatile yes but the poor fella didn’t get a good run in one slot. I was a fan and thought at times he was a class above the rest of the team last season, not saying much I know!
