Tom Hopper sold

Tom has a free release on relegation clause in his contract I believe so it was inevitable that if an offer came in it would be accepted - and Tom is one of the few players that was likely to attract offers.

Wish him well when he goes, has always given his all. His injury last year royally ****ed us.

An absolutely horrendous statement. Who the hell writes them!

If the relegation clause is true then unfortunately we'd be insane to turn a decent bid down, hopefully the money can be reinvested for a striker willing to accept League 2 football next year.

RM be prepared for the gates to get even lower if your selling our best players, ****.

What the actual **** is that statement! We go from a positive back to being a ****ing circus again.

Truly pathetic. We’ve lost two of our best players to Lincoln fookin city now repeat that back to yourself and try not to get mad. Absolute joke this is.

If the relegation release clause exists then sensible to accept the offer. This season needs to end ASAP!

I'm assuming the person who wrote that statement couldn't think of any positive spin. I have some sympathy....

Let’s face it we are down either way. If he does have this relegation release clause then it’s stupid to not sell. Still, never nice to be having to sell arguably one of our better players.

Good opportunity for the likes of Kelman and Goodship to play in preparation for next season.

Finally get a win after all those months and then follow it by selling our arguably best player and most lethal striker. Good work guys!
