Been announced on the Grays Athletic website that Tommy Black has signed for them as a non contract player.

Wasn't good enough here in my opinion, not saying he was lazy but he was too slow and big to be a winger in a playoff chasing League 1 team, when he went to Barnet I thought he would do well, he has the right build and style for league 2, but didn't work out for him there. Grays could have just made a great signing but I am worried that he might have given up now he's in the BSQ but I doubt it as he will want to play well and get back up the football league, who knows - he might even lose some weight

My mistake that was his brother Michael!

Tommy Black played in the premiership for Arsenal ok for one game but it is amazing how low down he is playing now. Injuries were always his problem and fitness.
