Great move by Tilly RE: Jay Smith, 1 year and if he plays 25 games he gets another year that should give him the motivation to earn it.
 
last night i was taliking to constantine cort and kev the skipper they all said they should be here next season. Warren also sounded quite confident he will be here next season but he hasnt been offered anything yet

I don't think Smith's motivation is in question here... it's his injury prone record that is.

Nothing to do with motivation and everything to do with proving you are not an injury prone liability ready for the knackers yard.
