TV Presenters that get right up your nose

Ant and Dec

:net: Did you not see them with Prince Charles on the 40th Anniversary of the Prince's Trust? Excellent show! You can't ever get away from the fact you share a birthday with Dec, you know!!! :raspberry:

Ooh that sounds like some fantastic TV.

Most of the main ones have been mentioned. A couple more:
Greg(g) Wallace
Dermot
Eamon Holmes
Kirsty Allsop
Clarkson

Kevin McCloud from Grand Designs - spouts some real b0llox, he was "drinking in refreshing cool dappled sunlight" in some posh pad earlier, bleedin' slice..

Caroline Quentin is another one who gets the off switch -stuck up fat munter. .

Brian Cox
Claudia Winkleman
Tess Daley
Stephen Fry
Sue Perkins
Giles Coren
Victoria Coren
David Mitchell

On the whole I think radio presenters are worse. We have a different radio station on at work each day. Radio 1, Radio X, Absolute and Heart presenters are almost all excruciating. 6 Music day is the saving grace.

TV though:

Clarkson
Piers Morgan
Mell n Sue
Eamon Holmes
Fern Cotton
Steve Jones
That guy on Sky - Adam Boulton?

In defence of:

Nicky Campbell's Big Question thing I find very watchable.

From the little I have seen of James O'Brien he is very on the ball and gets real answers to real questions. Paxman is too eager to play devil's advocate. Something that Kay Burley attempts and makes a complete hash of.

Dermot O'Leary comes across as sincere.

Nicky Campbell, so much so that I have Radio 4 on in the mornings now.

I think it depends what Nicky Campbell is doing - I like the Big Questions and his Radio 5 show, but when it's emotion milking he's sickening, though you can say that about anyone.

Piers Morgan is a **** though.

I don't mind Nicky Campbell - he was excellent when the Bowie news broke last Monday - but the double act between him and Rachel Burden isn't any good. He's far better with other presenters.
