I was actually thinking of petitioning the EFL to rename Southend United as Southend United U23s.

I think its fair to say Harlow are publicising this fixture rather more than SUFC -- our official website only mentions that the club is looking for a new chef !

Less than 4 hours til kick off - it would be good if Sol or Craig Fagan mentioned something about the match and if any of Ted / Nile / the Macc lads will be involved

The familiar faces is more likely a reference to Emile Acquah, Matt Rush and Zak Pianim who have all had loan spells there (as have Terrell Egbri and Miles Mitchell-Nelson, although I'd be surprised if either of them featured).
