Post-Match Thread and Ratings u23s v Canvey 3/8/21

Who knows, we thought Saturday was 1st team and ended up being more u23’s. Maybe players that need fitness will play tonight.

Who is expected to play tomorrow then??

I'd have expected the more senior players, those who form the basis of the 1st team, to be given a test against what will probably be a strong opposition. Of course, I could be completely wrong.....!

No wonder RH not signed yet. He’s just had a 5 day medical and now he is to be given a test as well!!

I suppose it depends on the strength of the team Brentford put out. If it were me I would play a nucleus of the side I think could start against Kings Lynn. That said I can see the logic of Ralph getting minutes tonight, hopeful also that Arnold gets match time, he will certainly need it.

Good to see Sim back, hopefully he can build his fitness back up, after his operation and the virus etc.
