Lets cheer things up around here (kinda) and get a nice friendly bit of banter going , i saw this on another clubs thread (Swansea) and thought i was a good idea .

based on our current squad of players we have had since Sturrock took charge who would you say was our unsung hero ?

and at our next home game against Wycombe , show those players all the support we can .

For me ... Sean Clohessy has been my unsung hero , and will be singing all of hes songs (if there are any) lol

Agree with you there

I kind of know what you're saying , but Clohessy is well championed ( rightly so ) on this forum , so hard to say he is 'unsung'

Does his name work with the Southend On Sea, Southend on Sea song? Sean Clohessy, Sean Clohessy, the finest defender you'll ever see? Or something similar?

Correct me if i am wrong, but:
- Neil Harris
- Mark Phillips
- Michael Timlin

There's three key players to the squad, but they don't have individual songs (that i can think of),
