Blackberry wi-fi issue.
I have the new blackberry with wi-fi. Usually to get on wi-fi by scanning for networks. looking at the networks list and finding one thats is unlocked and linking up.
I have had virgin 50MB internet installed today and was told i could hook my blackberry to it.
I did the usual and up pops my internet under Dlink which shows a locked symbol . I try to access it and it says:
Provisioning wi-fi profiles enter this pin (a different number each time) into your wirless router and counts down from 5 minutes.
The things is when i highlight any other locked it just asks for a wep key, but not my own.
But the virgin engineer who installed it used a nokia which had wi-fi and went straight in and accessed the web and said he had never seen this message before.
Any help would be grately received.
