Matchday Vlog Vlogs/Channel Update going forward

Drafted this a few weeks back.. hope all makes sense and is understandable.

As a few of you already know, earlier this year me & my family welcomed our third child into the world & it’s safe to say we are loving every minute we spend with him.

Financially, each month is tougher for me and the family to survive and with your support for the channel you’ve made something I love doing into a part-time job that pays me a fee each month! Without you my dream of following the club I’ve loved since a young age wouldn’t be possible. Whilst it’s not enough to pay my bills each month, it’s something that I especially hold close to my heart so thank you all.

You all know I’m not the most localist of blokes to Southend, living 102 miles away (and that’s just 1 way ).. so this decision isn’t an easy one but going forward there will be a small change the channel in the fact of I will be missing one game a month to spend more quality time with the family and to save some pennies.

Whilst it’s not ideal , I know that you all will understand that I would do not make this decision with an easy mindset, there may be some options in the pipeline for others to take over the vlogs on the occasion I can’t attend but until something concrete is materialised let’s no jump ahead of ourselves.

I hope to see you all at some point throughout this hopefully second successful season following our club.

Seriously @D1versity time with family is precious, especially a young one like you have been blessed with. Enjoy your time together. You only have one chance to enjoy watching their 'firsts', and being with them as they grow up.

However, if you could make sure the matches you are unable to cover are the ones that we lose, that would be much appreciated.

I thoroughly enjoy your vlogs. As the games here in Australia are late at night (way past my bedtime). I await them when I wake up in the morning. I will keep a look out for the vlogs this year, I hope, as you alluded to, that you can get some like minded person to fill in for the games you're unable to attend.

Love the blogs and as someone with two kids under 5, I understand the challenge. You’ve definitely started a family with keeper if she lets you attend most games with 3 kids. Take what you can get for sure!
