Nice link,

I like this bit the best

Today, Southend’s feared underdogs, who knocked Manchester United out of the Carling Cup five years ago and took Chelsea to an FA Cup replay in 2009, are on the trail of a new scalp at League One Preston.
No one would be pleased to come out of the hat with Paul *Sturrock’s men if they make it to the third round.

Nice piece, even if it was probably only done so they could use the misleading headline!

Media clearly latching on to the name, but rarely it could pay dividends for us, it's clear he's got a bright future, and been great for us, there would surely be no hard feelings if we got a big fee and with the proceeds we built up our L2 squad because of it. For once were in a position to have adequate cover for a good calibre midfield player to leave.

He has the potential to become a very good player and if he was to leave for a handsome fee I couldn't complain too much along as the fee is right with potential add-on clauses such on a sell on percentage, if he reaches 10 caps for ROI etc. We have great cover in the middle of the park and the cash injection would benefit Luggy by bringing in two or more quality players in areas which may be lacking some strength in depth. Of course there is also the possibility with him being bought and then loaned back to us for the rest of the season - this would be the ideal scenerio meaning we could keep hold of the cash until the summer where we will know what league we will be in that coming season and what players we can keep/have to sell.

Following on from the post above...

In Luggy we trust.

Oh well if he goes to West Ham he will end up at Spurs a few years later anyway! :hilarious:
