Refresh the video and then click the little cog in the bottom right of the video and choose 'quality' then choose 504p, if that doesn't work try an even lower number.

Thanks, something has worked, not sure what I did. I've gone down too 1970 quality viewing which seems to work.

I had the same problems on my laptop but switched to phone app and it is working impeccably.

On the app store type in "efl iFollow"

once downloaded log on with your Email and password that you would use for the Southend website
