West Ham and Southend links

I think Trev Brooking played for us in a friendly against FK Austria at Roots Hall in 1985. You used to get weird games like this. Does a friendly count? What does FK stand for? **** knows

Brian Rhodes, Goalkeeper joined us from West Ham United in 1963 where he played over 50 games for the Hammers. Brian made just 11 first team appearances for Southend United before emigrating to Australia.
Norman Bleanch Centre Forward played only 3 league matches before joining Bradford Park Avenue just a few months later. We signed him from West Ham in the summer of 1961 but not sure if he played for the first team.??
He didn’t ,Dave.
