Spoke to Box Office just now who said they sent 500 tickets to West Ham today and they sold out in a couple of hours and have asked for more.
He said last year , they only sold about 200+
Obviously as we know they can and do buy locally and sit anywhere , but it seems to be generating more interest than last year.
Guess possibly the new Manager they have ?
Anyway , get ready for another day of our ground full of them.................

Probably also because we're not expecting a team of predominantly reserve team players.

Long as we make some money out of it, the better! This match could potentially get 100k at least to the club if we sell well. Don't give a **** where they sit, long as we make some cash!

putting much needed money in the SUFC coffers....

I'd imagine the team will be a number of first teamers with a mix of youth, much the same as against Peterborough on Saturday.

Huge feel good factor there at present - it looks like their second Europa Nonsense Cup game is also going to be a 33k sell out......

It never makes sense. Sell them the entire north and maybe the blue East seats aswell and that's 3000 seats.

Bearing in mind there last friendly away at posh was a total gate of 4k

there are season ticket holders in east stand blue:stunned:

Given that they're sending an XI to Chelmsford City on Friday night in between their Europa match and our friendly, it could be quite a strong team on Saturday.

Still not interested !
