Has benn P***ing down all morning in Wickford roads flooded etc.
What's it like in Southend?
Any chance it might be off??

Doubt it, seems to be showers on and off every hour or so where I am (eastwood). We havent had any rain really over the past 2 months so I doubt the pitch'll be flooded.

same here in Kent, feels like the worlds gonna end

Could be a night in the pub then. Should be interesting as I'll be drinking from 1pm through to kick off time anyway. Someone text me the score tomorrow morning if it is played as I won't remember the match.

Different part of Eastwood to where I am obviously. Raining all morning.

Forecast is confident that rain will clear by mid afternoon.

It won't be off the pitch was folked with 2 foot deep holes two weeks ago to help with the drainage.

Is this not a little dangerous?

Any team with a two foot tall 'keeper could easily lose him down a hole.

can you throw a stone a long way?

That saying has always got me because surely it depends on how far you can throw said stone.

Do skimmers count 'cos there's a lot of water out there and it all affects the overall distance?
