What are you having for lunch? (rolling thread)

Pork chop with a French salad dressing.My wife went on for most of the meal compalining that our local restaurant, where we went yesterday for an excellent meal, didn't know how to prepare a proper salad .(The owner ifs from Paraquay.Dunno about the chef).FWIW,thought the salad was good.Had chips at the restaurant!
 
Just slow cooking a beef casserole with Lean Diced Beef, New Potatoes, Carrots, Mangetouts, Button Mushrooms, Spring Onions, Cherry Tomatoes, Petit Pois Peas, Beef Gravy Stock and gravy with a small clove of garlic and seasoning, will have with a couple of slices of bread and butter.

Whole house smells lovely
