What are you having for lunch? (rolling thread)

Unsure yet. My wife has taken me into London for our 4th wedding anniversary. She has not yet told me the location which was is interesting as she sometimes gets lost in our house.
Turns out it was lunch at The Sky Garden (Walkie Talkie) Steak Tartare to start, Roast Sirloin of Hereford beef with Yorkshire pudding, Roast potatoes cooked in goose fat and Savoy cabbage and chanteney carrots with a lemon posset and gooseberries for desert.

I went there for the folks wedding anniversary and we got lost walking around!! Lovely meal though

For fathers day my daughters purchased me a bread maker, and many weeks later, with a few tweeks I have to say that every other day I make a super fresh, natural, loaf with a basic range of white, french or wholemeal.

There's nothing like the smell of fresh baked bread straight out the oven.
Spread a bit of Lurpak across it while still warm. Splendid.
