Hasn't this been done before?

... or did I dream that too

I think a lot of people who would be deemed 'middle class', think of themselves as 'working class', as they have probably worked bloody hard to get there? To that sense, most of them are 'working middle class'.

People don't like to call themselves 'middle class', as it makes people assume that you only got where you did because you were born into it, and didn't have to work particually hard to achieve what you had, as if you had said you were 'working class'. In reality, most 'middle class' people work just as hard as 'working class' people, i guess at the end of the day, disposable income is the only real difference?

I'm sure I'm just as working class as the rest of you chaps. Some afternoons my butler has to bring me a second glass of champagne in bed before I can face the day.

Apparently elite according to that test #thatshowiroll

Maybe I've betrayed my routes, but im all new money baby!!

I used to see myself as working class until I went to a home game at Leyton Orient. Now I think I'm middle class.

Didn't they bring in new class status early in the year adding extra?
I cannot for the life of me remember what they were

Class is only important if you want to work for an organization like the BBC or Guardian.

Most other employers are meritocratic.
