What have you watched on TV?

Looking forward to 63 up tonight and the next couple of nights. I love this meet up every 7 years, absolutely fascinating.

Ha.I remember nearly coming to blows when I wanted to watch an episode while staying ar residential accomodation at the IOE,UL back in the early 90's.To say I was less than impressed by a bunch of kids training to be teachers who wanted to watch Neighbours instead is an understatement.

Sticking with Years & Years despite that fact it's gone a bit soapy. The ending of last nights was pretty decent however.

The finale of The Virtues below.... Whilst no doubt the acting from all was immense and powerful....

  Spoiler:
I felt the ending was very contrived, what with Dinah and Joseph both having their revenge at the same time and Dinah's brother fortunately going missing at that very moment.

Wasn't it. I think what worried me most were the figures they gave at the end.

Estimated deaths 4000 - 90,000.

Official Soviet death toll to this day - 31.

Scarey stuff.
definitely. someone talked about nuclear fission and power being like playing god... on one hand it's the perfect source for electricity, on the other hand it's the most devastating power you can imagine. both acute and long term radiation sickness seems cruel in nature.
when Boris said about his illness and how the latency period meant he didn't believe he was sick and therefore wasted that year was very sad and impactful
this is great for those who've seen the show...
