Is your neighbour at home during day? Or is dog left alone?
If left alone they may not know dog is barking and possibly distressed.

If it's anything like the dog who lives near me, they just let it bark in the garden and don't tell it off.

I agree, if it's a dog that's left at home, then maybe say something.

At the back of my garden they have one too, it drives me nuts barking all the time. Even my dog ignores it. I live in leigh too......
I can’t see the attraction of this so called breed. Totally neurotic they are. I know at least half a dozen people who have them, they all bark constantly.

Give me a greyhound or ’Heinz’ anyday!

My step daughter & her family have one, they live in Rochford!. Paid £2k for it in April, from a top breeder in Suffolk. Must be the exception to the rule, as she hardly ever barks. Even when someone rings the front doorbell, she barks once & that's it!.

The remaining five expected Christmas cards together with TEN other pieces of mail, all with pre Christmas post marks have just dropped through our letter box. Oh, I forgot one, a Lateral Flow Test kit which I didn't request
I’m still waiting for 4 Christmas cards. Absolutely zero sign of them. Glad it’s not just me.

I did ask our postie and he told me they were being told to ignore normal post and focus on LFT boxes and parcels. They are also very short of postmen due to Covid. I'm in Westcliff but I would imagine Leigh is in a similar state. On the subject of the Lateral Flow test box I got, it wasn't, it was an invite for me to join the bowel cancer testing service complete with testing kit. Happy new year!

Im getting post 2 or 3 weeks late...... I had an arguement with one of my service providers today because I hadn't paid a bill, it only came today, yet sent 3 weeks ago.

Make sure you wear gloves while doing the test.

You do not want to get any more crap on your keyboard than there is already.

My brother in law and his family have one, she's gorgeous but then she's had puppy behaviour and socialising lessons and been well brought up, she's four now and no bother. Trouble is a lot of lazy doggy human parents, who think a dog will just get on with things. It's the same as kids, teach them well and give them a good grounding.

Stompy the Russian tank which has resided off the Old Kent Road for at least 30 years to my knowledge has been removed.
Never heard of this but just looked it up, funny story. The owner says its going for restoration and be returned at some point

Don't do visual "Kulture" very often but yesterday we went to see Banksy, The Art Of Protest at Barna 's new (only been open since November) Museu del Diisseny. The wife was quite keen and we had a recommendation from a friend.
As it happens I rather like Banky's art (after all he's a fellow lefty ) and he has a rather quirky sense of humour.First disappointment was the rip off entrance fee of 16,50 Euros (no concessions).Second my wife wanted to get an audio guide (not available because of covid, understandly).Though they did have an app. which you could download but only if you have an iphone (which the wife doesn't).Third there was the opportunity to hire 3D headsets but only if you paid 4 euros on top of the entrance fee, plus using your C/C.
At a recent Freida Kahlo exhibition, we took our 4 year old grandson to, these were provided free as part of the cover price. There were also concessions, IIRC.

Rather liked the poster outside which said that all street art should be free.Tend to agree (though I've got no objection to paying a reasonable price to see art works in a museum).Wonder what Banksy thinks of this rip off approach to his work?

She may be a decent actor but the privilege and nepotism run strong.

What chance do all those kids who enjoy creative arts have when her offspring get juiced straight into films?
