In the cafe for a breakfast of champions with the lad then off to make our fortune on the canal near Tottenham. Both got a touch of the lurgy but a bit of fresh air might help.

Greenfill - I've just received a package via the internet (not Amazon) and the box was full of what I thought was polystyrene pellets protecting the contents. Turns out they were made from GM-free starch making them 100% biodegradable. All you have to do is collect them up and run them under warm water in the sink. They will then disolve away as they are made of potato starch.

You may have already heard of this but it was new to me and pretty cute.

Being biodegradable and nontoxic, they are also safe for humans and pets if ingested accidentally. However, they are not produced in food-safe conditions, and are not recommended for eating. Also, during the manufacturing process, the nutritional value is removed from starch-based packing peanuts.

Surely the next step is to pack products in Wotsits or cheese footballs?
