What is the current injury situation?

That's dedication there, Matti. Writing it out by hand, photographing and then posting it!

One slight problem that when it's torn from the page, we'll have Emetriou at Right Wing-Back.

That’s Chris Phillips writing, it’s been taken off of his twitter.

Thanks, Ricey. MO.

I'd guessed it wasn't Matti, as he just would have typed it on here, of course.

I saw Tom Hopper in the M&S garage / store on London Road at lunchtime, didn’t speak to him but he looked as though he’d been training and had his kit on. Drove off in a very nice Merc 4x4.

Good to see Ted Smith is back on the bench today for the game against Rochdale AFC, think it is the first time he has appeared on the team sheet for 14 months, welcome back Ted. :Thumbs up:

INJURED Southend United striker Tom Hopper remains determined to rediscover his sparkling early season form - but knows it will take him time to get there.

Absolutely no need to rush him back, make sure he is ready to come back. Bish and Ted have it covered in his absence.

Harry Lennon is back outside and running now according to CP. Demi isn’t far behind him in his progress.

Rumours are Moore has torn his hamstring, at a guess how long would you think he is out for?

If that’s a proper tear you are talking at least 6 weeks but anything up to 10/12??

The hamstring is made up of many fibres so depending on how many (% wise) are torn and also, I believe, how close to the tendons the tears are makes a difference....
