When the season starts do we carry on where we left off or start again?

Simple question when the season starts again do we carry on with the session which came to a halt when football stopped or do we write that session off and start again?

Either way whichever Division you were in in March you will still be in when we start again.

I think start again would be best. Maybe do what they did in L1 and L2 and promote and relegate as the leagues stand now
