This seems like a non-controversial topic to stimulate a measured thoughtful debate

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-15341661

"Six white police officers have accused Scotland Yard of racial discrimination, saying they are the victims of political correctness. The officers are taking the Metropolitan Police to an employment tribunal - but accuse the force of delaying tactics."

Sits back and opens popcorn as the saying goes

Mr Wilson accused Scotland Yard of charging them because it feared it would be accused of institutional racism if it did not act on the black officer's complaint.

Isn't it the CPS (or the Attorney General) who determines whether someone is charged?

No use asking me, I'm just trying to stir up another slanging match now that the Dale Farm thread has run its course.
Anyway I thought you worked in the legal profession, YB, shouldn't you know that sort of thing?
