Who are the five biggest stars in the EPL?

Robin Van Persie
Sergio Aguero
Wayne Rooney
Mesut Ozil (purely on the fact he is a massive name doesn't need to of played a game)
Luis Suarez

If I can't have Ozil swap with Ryan Giggs.

Are we talking the most talented players, or biggest names?

In terms of talent, I'd probably go Robin Van Persie, Racist Luis, Petr Cech, Juan Mata and Eden Hazard.

Don't think any Englishman will make the list apart from Rooney in his pomp.

Assuming we are talking 'stars' (ability to sell shirts, boots and fizzy drinks) rather than the best players, although some of these would make both lists...

Rooney
Gerrard
Aguero
Van Persie
Suarez

Not sure. I'd be interested in both lists.

In terms of name/reputation, then the likes of Rooney, Gerrard and Lampard would have to feature alongside Van Persie and Racist Luis. It's difficult to gauge though because some players are hugely popular in leagues they've previously plied their trade in. Kagawa, for example, is like an adopted son in Germany and attracts a cult following in Japan, but has yet to make the grade here really. I expect that to change in the next four or five months, though.
