Could easily be Tilly talking but it was Mark Stimson of Gillingham on skysports transfer centre. We are not alone ith the problem of filling the centre-half slot and I feel sure this particular position is stumping a lot of managers.

Probably not as many realistic ones as you think - only 50 odd that are aged over 21 and those include plenty of players way out of league (e.g., Sol Campbell) , crap , Northern or centre back is not their first choice position, e.g., Danny Mills. So probably only a handful of realistic targets and at least 3 other clubs in our league chasing as well.
