Because Tilson didn't think hed get the oppurtunity he needed to develop after we were just promoted.

Kightly moved to Grays, for the oppurtunity he needed and developed accordingly.
 
He's definetely beefed up alot since he played for us which was the main thing stopping him becomoing a regular in our side really.

Maybe we should have loaned him out for a season or 2! Then he could have developed and still be out player!

Who is to say he would have been the same player had we kept him....

I always thought he had talent but Tilly knows more than me.

You cant keep everyone and how many has Tilly released and been correct about,.......Loads....
