Ok I brought the machine ..sang the feem song.....Now I have purchased some games for my Son's Xmas prezzie ..I have Resident evil fingy ...Mario Olympics and Mario party eight .Should I test the machine tonight before he gets it tomorrow,or resist the temptation and leave it boxed.

I'd leave it boxed John - Nice to open a fresh box on Christmas day with everything in tact - rather than knowing someone has been through it already. Then again on the other hand....if you are good at replacing everything in the exact same place...couldn't hurt to have one go could it? :D :D :D

I have a wii and its a great present to give someone - prepare an ice pack for his shoulder tomoro tho :)

I have a wii for xmas aswell funnily enough along with Mario Olympics.

I will probably be down the docs come the end of boxing day night having broken something....:o....either that or B&Q for some filler.

My housemate put a small hole in the ceiling playing wii bowling a while back...

needless to say we don't let him near it again unless the place is covered in bubble wrap :D
 
who else cant find a second Wii-mote in any shops :(

hopefully should be getting it monday though oop in London... spent 2 hours in Bas trying to find one!

I got lucky and found one on the internet and not a bad price. Arrived before xmas....happy days! :)
 
I got one for christmas I wanna get the Mario and Sonic Olympics but its like rocking horse **** and its going for silly money on eBay!! Is it worth the money??

I have it. It is a good fun game but I wouldnt recommend breaking the bank to get it tho. Certainly one worth getting tho but not for silly money. :D
 
I've had my Wii for a year now and the novelty has not worn off.
As for Mario & Sonic olympics, I got mine from play.com for 29.99. it is great fun and even my 3 yr old can play some of the events.

Also just bought 2008 PDC world darts for the wii, waiting for it to arrive whilst performing many reps with a tin of beans to build up the arrow arm.
