Flavs also got caught sticking to his near post for the last goal at Orient (not a good thing to do if you are short) ,and then the cross that came in wasn't even that high ,but too high for him .It's a recurring theme as he gets rooted to a spot and gets his angles all wrong leaving a huge gaping hole for a striker to pick his spot .
A big and commanding goalie is a must .Watch the opposition as their goalie comes out to pluck or punch the ball with ease in the air .And then watch Flavs .:mad:

This was really evident today, Hartlepool's goalie kept coming out and grabbing everything coming in above shoulder level with ease.

agree i thought the Hartlepool keeper looked decent today. I'd go for Collis over flavs at the moment.
