Does anyone on here remember many years ago when Peter Morris took over? We had very few players and he signed about eight within a week sometime in July/August, of course, we ended up having a bad season. I am not sure, but I think one of the pre-season friendlies was cancelled.

We had 5 players at one point in the summer of 1986/87.

Unless Blameless Ronnie stumps up some cash for unpaid bills to certain organisations for last seasons safety certificate needs, they will not provide the necessary staff for this season, hence with the safety cert not in place the games cant go ahead.

I believe that Policing for the following season is going to be cut drastically, the use of Stewards to organise and arrange safety at games will be employed. Only a handful of games (count on 1 hand ) will have a Police presence, cup opposition excluded.

Only 128 attending thats a very small proportion of the regular 6000 that attend. Personally i wont be protesting. For sure its been a turbulant few months with more to come. Maybe ill join in when we have no team but untill then UTB whoever turns out for us...

I think the idea is to buy a ticket so the club do not suffer financially but not attend the game.
