Southend United face yet ANOTHER winding up petition after reportedly withholding £200,000 from their November and December PAYE submissions to the taxman.
In November, the Blues narrowly avoided going into administration following the payment of £2.1m owed to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC). The HMRC say that's not the case and have taken action to recoup the money outstanding from Nov & Dec.
