Blimey that's a big move away for a young lad. Good luck to him hope he does well, although if Foran, Vernon and Mohsni can do well in Scotland im sure Layne will have no issues.

Billericay, Southend, Alloa, wow, a big geographical leap that one. I wish him all the best and hope he gets the chance to play at Ibrox as Alloa still have to play Rangers one more time.

He will be playing in front of 600 supporters most most of the time.

Still its a step up from Braintree.
I mean in terms of quality of players in the league? Hard to say I guess haven't seen many Scottish Championship games (and don't plan on changing that any time soon).

Hearts and Rangers will be League One level in quality. The rest are probably closer to conference quality.

The crowds reflect the quality, I feel.

Last week - Scot' Prem crowds - 16,796 6,007 3,005 2,994

Vanarama - 3,294 at Woking!

600 watching from a town that has a population of around 27,000 is not bad at all

Southend 180,000+ and those who travel from outside of the town and we are lucky to get 5300........

Overall other than the big teams that have gone down Scottish Championship is lower end Conference National at best.

If we hadn't the London clubs a) so close and b) at a much higher level, our crowds would probably be better. How much though is open to conjecture.
