A friend of mine argued with me about Nelson Mandela. He claimed he was a terrorist so I bought him a book for Christmas a few years back. The Long Walk to Freedom. Which would be in my top 10. He has now changed his mind.

However please don't spoil the honour of a man like Nelson Mandela by trying to claim Winnie was in the same bracket. She was not, she was full of hate.

The same hate that now sees white farmers murdered and their families raped and tortured for hours. Including boiling water and then placing babies in the pot.....Fact.

I didn't mention Nelson in my posts about Winnie. I didn't claim they were in the same bracket. I think you need to reread my posts.

Isao Takahata - Director of one of my favourite Ghibli films, Grave of The Fireflies, dies age 82.

Can't believe no-one had him on their list! :omg:

ps, Did he have a heart attack?

It seems so. He smoked a lot of tabs and sunk a lot of pints over the years.

Gutted to hear that news though; he was darts when I was growing up.

Checked out on a twenty and double-top.

First Jim Bowen, then Eric Bristow - like Bullseye, the non-dart player went first.

Yep with the lunatics running the asylum we should all be slightly concerned:sad:
