The pace is picking up in our league on the transfer front as Plymouth sign 5 in 5 days , two from Everton. 5 clubs have notched up 22 signings already, mostly freebies , ( over 80%), as we slip into the bottom 10, although 6 clubs remain to make a move..
The 5 clubs prove its not that difficult to get a move on and get players in

Think we must have Theresa May doing our negotiations to bring new players in !

Yes, Bury proved that last season. Port Vale the year before.

Exactly. We have this discussion every year. There's no correlation between doing your transfer business early and being successful. Everyone thought Everton had 'won' the Premier League transfer window last summer and they had a pretty forgettable season.

Remember, the transfer window isn't technically open yet. Lots of players are still on holiday. Just relax and enjoy the World Cup :winking:

I'm relaxed because I am boycotting the World Cup.

Most the players we are after are at the world
cup...wait until england get knocked out and then they will be queuing up at Roots Hall.

Cox is also leaving

You know this for sure, or are you just guessing?

WE are on page 69- what page do we think we on when we make a new signing?
I guess 73 then 85 then 156 then 655 then 756, 759, 760

Note: excludes existing players signing new contracts.
