Got Radio 2 on at the moment (it's an age thing ok?) and this came on. I just love this song

Saw Kirsty doing this last night on a Beeb 4 programme relating to songs sung by Elvis - with the caveat that it was an Elvis-themed show. I thought she was great. Managed to see her a couple of times in the early nineties and was really impressed. Still find it shocking thinking of the horrific way in which she died.

And the c-unit who murdered her walks free due to the fact his daddy is a millionaire.

Marmite time! You either love or hate Tomorrow from Annie. Me? I love the film and the song. This version has just been released. Listen without prejudice, this girl has got one hell of a voice and the song lyrics just seem right for the moment.

Ray Charles:hard Times a track off The Genius Sings the Blues which Leonard Cohen used to listen to all the time in his early days in Hydra.Impeccable taste.
