Away Fans Ticket Update

Tickets for the home end for today's fixture against Barnet have sold out.

In relation the away end, our Safety Team, in collaboration with Essex Police, have advised us to stop online sales. The safety of supporters is paramount and this dicision was made to prevent home supporters purchasing in the away end.

Although tickets have been on sale for eight weeks, we understand that some Barnet supporters have not yet purchased and that the decision to switch off online sales has caused some frustration.

In order prevent away fans' disappointment, we can confirm that away end tickets will be available from our main ticket office up until kick-off. These tickets will only be sold to Barnet fans who have proof of ID and can provide evidence that they are Barnet fans/live in that area.

We are grateful to our Safety Team and Essex Police for faciltating this pragmatic situation.

Absolutely the right decision. Will be great to have more Bees in the stadium......So they can witness in person as we smash the two bob mugs. :Smile:
 
Pretty reasonable from the club. After all, it was the law/safety people wanted the block to stop home fans getting into the away end, not the club.
