What about the Prem B,s joining the Welsh Premier league. The youngsters would strengthen that league, and they would get used to longer trips, ready for European excursions, and finally would possibly hear foreign voices, again preparing them for Europe.
If the Welsh don't want them, send them up to Scotland for all the above reasons.:winking:
 
The PL "B" Teams already have a competition - The Capital One Cup.

Totally anti this and the myth that it will create a better National side.

If they are that bothered, then force all PL clubs to field at least 4 English qualified players in every league match.
