On the journey to spiritual enlightenment (via the
Blatantly plagiarising DtS' idea how about a line-up of thje best loan signings we've ever made. Anyone in the line-up is not allowed to have signed for us permanently:

GK - John Burridge (Aston Villa)

RB - Gary Parkinson (Middlesbrough)
CD - Adrian Burrows (Plymouth)
CD - Guy Butters (Tottenham)
LB - Stephen Kelly (Tottenham)

RM -
CM - Steve Harkness (Liverpool)
CM -
LM - Lee Hodges (West Ham)

For - John Linford (Ipswich)
For - Kevin Rapley (Brentford?)

Did Lawrie Dudfeild join on loan initially ??....as i still think he almost single handedly kept us in the football league.

Who was the Irish international Centreback we got on loan from reading so he could get his fitness back ? name completely escapes me but he was useful.

I agree with Chapman

Thought we signed a certain Freddy Eastwood on loan initially, which lasted just a couple of games before he was offered a permanent deal.
