He has been here since day one of the season and played nearly every game along side Tomlin who must be a major influence on his form. Taking him away to a league one side might do him more harm than good but then if you are a struggling side or even a side pushing for promotion/play offs then you would take a look at his goals and take a punt. Harsh on us but he's not our player.
 
It seems certain that he won't be in the first-team plans for Watford this season, but I reckon they will be looking at next season. If they think he could be challenging for a starting place next season, then they would definately want to loan him to the next level (League One) and see how he does. Although, if they don't think he will be challenging for a starting place next season, then there will be no point rushing his development.
