Have a guess....
Playing my reserves again, should be an easy victory

krackens v BATTY SHRIMPERS

We can tell you that krackens won the toss and elected to bat. The pitch is looking a cracker! Hard and fast - should be a run-fest out there on this sunny day.

End of Over 11 (Maiden). krackens: 8-1, runrate=0.73
Singh lali 6-4-2-1
Philpott* 1 (32 balls)
Johnson 3 (13 balls)

Last Wicket: Trench b. Singh lali 2 (FOW: 3/1)

Mrs BB up against Sky Blues today, so everyone is rested. Could be some serious leather chasing here.

Sky Blues v DIBS DIPPERS

We can tell you that Sky Blues won the toss and elected to bat. The pitch is looking like a road. As flat as a pancake. No help for the bowlers on this sunny day.

End of Over 11 (2 runs, 1lb). Sky Blues: 52-0, runrate=4.73
Karel 6-0-23-0
Lawrence* 15 (20 balls)
Fiddes 36 (46 balls)

My opposition threw the game, if goes to day two I'll be lucky

End of Over 12 (2 runs). Southend United: 93-0, runrate=7.75
Rennie 6-0-37-0
Hoult* 44 (38 balls)
Bartlett 49 (34 balls)

End of Over 14 (Maiden). Tommy_B's Allstar XI: 43-5, runrate=3.07
Guy 7-1-26-3
Swanton* 16 (14 balls)
Gamble 11 (25 balls)

Great start for my boys. Jackman got the other 2. However ...

These 2 in now are seriously useful players. Swanton probably looks better than he is and is an allrounder but Gamble is very tasty. At 20yo, he is nearly a 6 figure BTR player and is averaging 239 in the OD's and 429 in the FC format! But he is at invig. These 2 will put on a stand as Guy and Jackman are departing but Tapp and Titterton are bowling small spells at 4 & 6.

Playing the bottom team in the division with a newbie manager. Looking for maximum points in this game.

You'll go up to 3rd now Kev, as Mrs BB has Sky Blues. Thankfully for her, that's all the top teams played twice then, and she can get back to some proper games.

35.6 . Jackman to France
Jackman bowls one heading towards middle & off, but the batsman is well forward in defence and the man at point picks up the ball.
35.5 . Jackman to France
Sound defensive technique from France there, getting well forward and deflecting the ball to the on side.
35.4 . Jackman to France
Big inswinging yorker, well dug out by France who lives to fight another day.
35.3 . Jackman to France
Well wide of off, lift, no shot offered by the batsman.
35.2 W Jackman to Gamble
The batsman is struck on the back foot right in front of middle stump. Plumb LBW.

35.1 1 Jackman to Swanton
Worked around to square leg, Browne running in from the boundary to field.

Great stuff after lunch! Guy has taken France since then too! :)

Good performance from the boys on a H+F

Not too bad considering it's sunny. Don't want them getting too far past 150 though.

Good stuff from the lads there!

:)

Their bowling isn't particular strong and all my batters are set to attacking so hoping to make the 365 runs in about 70 overs and be bowling before lunchtime tomorrow!

Mahmood 17-0-107-0

Declaring at 360 so should get 40-odd overs in today.

BB, just looked at the Sky Blues team and had Mrs BB played a couple of her better bowlers she probably would have won the game. He said at the start of the season he wasn't looking to camp in the league but i have a feeling that the fecker will be attempting to do that!

Kev

slowing down, but that's not a huge concern as i want 3 days receipts. good to see 2 centuries in there.

End of Over 61 (1 runs). Pettefershire CCC: 244-2, runrate=4.00
Tenius 11-1-42-0

I think she told him that she was playing a very weak side, so that's why his team isn't as strong as it could be. The real test of whether he's camping will be when he plays 1 1=6.

Bot-bashing for me today. Trying to maximise my gate receipts and preserve as much fitness as possible.
